The sales pitch did not match reality. Okay with the mattress, but very disappointed with Ronika. Paid $600 more then budgeted, no sales discounts related to Black Friday. When sales order was printed before leaving I was told she is giving me a senior's ... discount free delivery. When I got home I added up the order (there was no discount). I phoned the next day and Ronika said they do not have free delivery so no discount. She also told me the mattress original price was $2099 (yikes) but this was a mattress that was not on sale (1329.00) Simmons B/R Imperial Granite FXL. Of course, its my word against a liar. I will never shop at any Sleep Country ever again and the two buyers I told Ronika about have now purchased mattresses elsewhere. Salespersons without ethics, honesty and integrity don't get my shadow to across their threshold.
